California residents can enter BART's customer survey drawing through an onboard survey or the free index-card mail route. Four US$100 Tango electronic gift cards redeemable at participating retailers such as Amazon, Target and Starbucks.

- The free mail route requires name, phone number and email address on an index card. Up to three total entries are allowed across all methods; mailed entries must be postmarked by December 21 and received by January 4, 2027.
- Complete an official BART paper or QR-code survey distributed onboard selected trains, or mail an index card with the required contact details to BART's Marketing Department. Limit three total entries regardless of method and one entry per mailed envelope.
